ABOUT US
What is Just Be
Â
Â
By nature, we are happy, peaceful, calm, and relaxed.
Unfortunately, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to experience this in a world and society that is growing ever more hectic, chaotic, and uncertain. More and more people are “switched on” almost all day long, with both body and mind caught in a near-constant state of subtle—or not so subtle—stress. We are disconnected from ourselves, and as a result, also from those around us. We feel we constantly need to do, achieve, and become. Yet true rest, peace, and our deeper potential can only emerge when we simply learn to be. There is nothing we need to do for that.
Â
Thankfully, the ancient yogic scriptures offer timeless wisdom and techniques that are especially valuable in today’s modern world. They help us reconnect with our true nature—one of inner peace and relaxation. This naturally leads to an improved quality of life: better sleep, more energy, greater health, and a deeper sense of happiness.

WHO ARE WE
Â
Purnesh, formerly known as Swami Purnachaitanya, is an internationally sought-after expert in yoga, breathwork, and meditation. After completing his studies, he traveled to India to immerse himself in the ancient texts and living traditions of yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and Ayurveda. In 2012, he was initiated as a Swami—a spiritual master and monk of the Vedic tradition—by the renowned spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
After spending the past 15 years guiding hundreds of thousands of people across the globe through transformative programs, and with the blessings of his Master, he has now laid down his monastic title and life. Choosing instead to live a simple life in the world, he aims to make this timeless wisdom and knowledge even more accessible to others. His book, Looking Inward, a practical guide to meditation, has been translated into more than ten languages and published worldwide.

Rowena is not only a highly experienced medical doctor, but also a trainer in yoga, breathwork, and meditation programs. Deeply rooted in the world of yoga, she serves on the advisory board of the Dutch Association of Yoga Teachers (Vereniging Yogadocenten Nederland). With a strong background and interest in the scriptures and philosophy of the Vedic tradition, she has a particular love for the Bhagavad Gita.
As a mother of three, she knows better than most what it means to maintain inner peace amidst the busyness of daily life. Her unique combination of medical expertise and in-depth knowledge of yogic techniques and philosophy allows her to bridge both worlds, helping others to find balance, health, and calm in everyday living.

"It was wonderful to experience, even for a short while, the state of having no thoughts at all. I also experienced pure Being through the breathing techniques and meditations. I ended up sleeping very well after the sessions."
